What we text about

Our SMS/MMS messages cover customer questions, estimate follow-up, visit scheduling, and updates about construction and remodeling projects. This program does not send promotions or marketing offers.

Choosing text updates

To request texts through this website, enter your phone number and select the optional text-updates checkbox on the estimate form before submitting it. The box starts unchecked. Entering your number or submitting an inquiry alone does not give SMS consent. You must be authorized to use the number you provide.

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase. You can leave the box unchecked and still request an estimate or work with us by phone or email.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your questions, appointments, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Stop or restart texts

Reply STOP to a message to opt out. You may receive one confirmation, after which messages from the program will stop. To restart after opting out, reply UNSTOP to the same number. You can also contact us to discuss your communication preferences.

Reply HELP for assistance, call (828) 266-0943, or email Hello@MelgarsConstruction.com. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle phone numbers, conversations, and consent records. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Changes and contact

We will post changes to these SMS Terms on this page with a revised effective date. These terms cover text messaging; the scope, price, and terms of construction work are addressed separately in your project agreement.
